To maintain the balance between professional and personal  life, you must consider some humorous life rules !

1. Leaving office always on time :

Time is the most important factor. To bring a proper balance in your life, always leave office on time, also reach on time. Once you make the habit of maintaining proper time table , every second thing will fall into exact places.

If you reach office late, then definitely your out time will also be late. Time is the king of our life, you can always have enough of everything, but not time. It will always give you reminders that you are running out of time. 

2. Exercise for productive outputs :

When you exercise, your body exhales the toxins and give you mental peace. The regular work outs help you to perform well in everywhere. It gives you the innermost spirit, to remain fresh during the whole day.

The motto for life should be ‘Health is Wealth’ 

3. In every hour, take a break of 5 mins :

These days , the whole world is going digital. Most of the organisations recruit personnels for its sitting positions. We sit in front of the computer screen most of the times in a day, so to keep the mind and body sound, we should take at least a five minutes break at regular intervals.

Short breaks help us to concentrate more on our work. 

4. Lunch box from home :

If you want to take care of your health, then avoid outside foods. Its better when you go office, try to carry the lunch box with you. Home made foods help to maintain the diet and you need not to join gym for saturated fats.

During morning time, we all are busy with our daily routines like leaving kids at school, preparing their tiffins, then preparing break fasts as well. We hardly get time to prepare our lunch box, but if we squeeze sometimes out of our busy schedules, then surely we can carry  home cooked foods to our office for lunch. 

5. Everyday give yourself some ‘You time’ :

No one inspires you, unless you want to get inspired by others. No motivational speech can motivate you, if you are not ready to get motivated enough. Your life is a journey from you to yourself.

Competition is always between you and the person you see in the mirror everyday.  Every morning, have some time for yourself, meditate and plan the things for the day. Your personal time is the most important part of your life to lead a happy life. 

6. Daily reading habits :

As learning never has an end, so knowledge is power. Try to make a reading habit everyday.  The reading habits help you to comprehend any tough situation. Your understanding power towards your surroundings become more agile and alive.

Learn to read any book , or magazine, e magazines, daily news paper or any single article in a day. The secret formula to live a happy life is to read a lot. 

7. Sunday is Fun day :

Keep the Sundays for your family, go out with them and have the best family dinner. Also you can cook together at home. Most of the times, in a week you work for your organisation, but keep one day for your family, which matters the most !

Keep the Sunday’s fun in your heart to get motivation for deadly Monday. Mondays are also good, but not like Sundays. So celebrate the beauty of Sunday and do not mug up yourself by any official work !


Balance Parameter and conclusion : To get the proper balance in the work life and personal life, people do so many things, join many classes, attend most of the seminars, but end up with depression for not living a happy life. Before attending others’ lectures, work on yourself, who knows results may vary!

Once you get the rhythm to manage both the personal and professional life simultaneously, you ecstasy starts beholding you. Keep your surroundings happy , you will get many happy returns for sure. Try to bring that little change in your lifestyle , you will living the happy phase of your life for sure.
